Our real estate projects span from Land acquisition, Property development to acquisition of finished apartments. B&S has acquired several strategic pieces of land in Kampala Uganda where, in one we have established a modern well-equipped warehouse and others are earmarked for our Plant investment Plan. Through our wholly owned Subsidiary New Dawn Real Estate Co. Ltd we have acquired several fully furnished units at Nextgen Apartments along Mombasa road in Nairobi Kenya. In Juba, we have a completed office block building strategically located at the heart of the CBD just a few meters from the Airport which will soon be open for letting.
